1. Gratitude

Recall the gifts of the day. Thank God for them.

2. Petition

Ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten your review.

3. Review

Walk through the day hour by hour. Where did you encounter God?

4. Forgiveness

Repent of what you have failed; ask the Lord's mercy.

5. Renewal

Resolve to live tomorrow more fully alive to God.
